Position: Secondary English Teacher in Chesterfield (S43)

The successful candidate will:

• Have experience teaching English
• Have experience teaching secondary students
• Have previous teaching or lecturing experience
• Establish a warm, caring, and supportive relationship with pupils
• Manage challenging behaviour effectively
• Possess effective verbal and written communication skills
• Support the use of support staff relevant to the class
• Contribute to providing a safe, secure learning environment
• Use strong behaviour management techniques
