Role Summary

Our Sales Associates are vital to our store success. As a part-time Sales Associate, your role is to deliver the best possible customer experience by listening to their needs, offering recommendations, and sharing product knowledge. You will work as part of a dynamic team to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences that foster brand loyalty.
• Address all customer questions accurately and respond before they leave.
• Provide exceptional service from start to finish, including communicating return policies effectively.
• Maintain a positive attitude and promote the store and brand image in all interactions, adhering to dress code.
• Serve both in-store customers and callers with excellent customer service.

Contract Details

We are seeking Part-Time Sales Associates for contracts ranging from 8-24 hours per week.
