Driver Role

Join our team as a Driver and make a positive impact by transporting children and vulnerable adults safely and professionally.

Day-to-Day Duties:

• Transport Special Needs (SEN) or vulnerable children/adults
• Operate in a safe, flexible manner supporting company operations
• Establish positive relationships with passengers, carers/parents, and establishment staff
• Be available on both AM and PM of all school days

Responsibilities:

• Hold a valid UK driving license
• Drive company-supplied vehicles, including cars, 8-seater people carriers, and wheelchair-accessible vehicles (car license required)
• Pass an enhanced criminal record check
• Complete a Group 2 medical exam to meet licensing standards
• Have the right to work in the UK
