24x7 Group in Coggeshall is seeking part-time drivers to transport students and adults with special needs or vulnerabilities. You will provide safe, reliable services to routes in Coggeshall, Marks Tey and nearby areas, with shifts that fit school times.

Training is provided, a DBS check is required, and you must hold a valid UK driving licence. Vehicles are provided and the role supports term-time work with school holidays off.

Competenze

• A valid UK driving licence (car category).
• Ability to drive a variety of vehicles, including people carriers and wheelchair-accessible vehicles (training provided).
• Ability to pass an Enhanced DBS Check.
• Completion of a Group 2 medical assessment to meet licensing standards.
• Right to work in the UK.

• Building professional, friendly relationships with passengers, parents, carers, and school staff

• Ensuring passengers travel safely to and from schools or other locations
• Building professional, friendly relationships with passengers, parents, carers, and school staff
• Following safety procedures and company guidelines at all times
• Available for both morning and afternoon shifts on school days

What You Need

• A valid UK driving licence (car category)
• Confidence in driving a variety of vehicles, including people carriers and wheelchair-accessible vehicles (training provided)
• Ability to pass an Enhanced DBS Check (criminal record check)
• Completion of a Group 2 medical assessment to meet licensing standards
• Right to work in the UK

This role involves driving children or conveying adults who need to be transported due to age, illness, or disability. The position therefore meets the definition of regulated activity under both child and adult workforce legislative wording and is eligible for an Enhanced DBS check with relevant barred list checks.
