Responsabilités

• Maintaining the school buildings and grounds to a high standard.
• Managing site security and opening/closing procedures as keyholder.
• Carrying out repairs, maintenance and refurbishment work.
• Conducting health and safety checks and record-keeping, including fire safety and Legionella monitoring.
• Liaising with contractors and overseeing maintenance projects.
• Supporting school events, lettings and day-to-day operations.
