Job summary

Mitie is hiring a part-time Cleaner for Kajima, St Peters Road, Wallsend, Tyne and Wear. You will perform routine cleaning to a Mitie customer, working as part of a small team to meet the contract SLAs and maintain high standards of cleanliness.

Training is provided; a DBS check and safeguarding adherence are required. Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude expected, with good communication and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Cleaning experience preferred, training available.
• Reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Undertake training to deliver the cleaning role.
• Work within a team and under their own initiative.
• Adhere to Mitie Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies.
• Maintain designated area to an agreed level of cleanliness in line with the Contract and SLAs.
• Ensure service is delivered effectively and efficiently to a high standard.
• Ensure equipment is kept clean and safe to operate.
• Report maintenance requirements identified during cleaning tasks.
• Build positive working relationships with customers and seek improvements.
