Qualifications

• Min GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or equivalent.
• Experience using Microsoft Office package (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organisational and coordination skills with ability to develop resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic development of the school library to support learning objectives.
• Collaborate with senior/middle leaders to implement and evaluate library policy.
• Establish the library as a central hub for reading, literacy and independent learning.
• Coordinate reading for pleasure initiatives and events across the school.
• Support reading interventions to improve fluency, comprehension and confidence.
