Sundorne Infant School in Shrewsbury is looking for a reliable Cleaning Assistant to join our site team. You will help keep classrooms, corridors and toilets clean, contributing to a safe and welcoming school environment.

This permanent role runs 12.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 3:00pm–5:30pm during term time plus 3 weeks. DBS clearance is required; training will be provided, and a positive, team-focused attitude is essential.

Formación

• Experience of cleaning is helpful but not essential; training will be provided.
• Be friendly, reliable and able to work well as part of a team.
• Be punctual and take pride in your work.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out daily cleaning of classrooms, corridors, toilets and shared areas.
• Ensure all areas are cleaned to a high standard.
• Follow health and safety and hygiene procedures.
• Work as part of a team to support the smooth running of the school.
• Take pride in maintaining a pleasant environment for pupils, staff and visitors.
