Job summary

Court Fields School in Wellington, Somerset is looking for a dedicated School Cleaner to join its site team. The role covers 12.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, term time plus inset days and 5 weeks holiday hours, at NJC Point 3 (£24,796 FTE) and £12.85 per hour. You will help ensure a clean, welcoming environment for students, staff and visitors.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning classrooms, offices, corridors, toilets, and communal areas
• Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and dusting
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately
• Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
• Working effectively as part of the school's cleaning team
