Job summary

ACE Schools is seeking a reliable School Cleaner to join our dedicated team at ACE Redruth. Working 15 hours per week, term time only + 2 weeks, you will maintain high standards of cleanliness in classrooms, offices and communal areas.

Full training will be provided, and you will follow health and safety procedures while reporting faults and supporting safeguarding commitments. A positive, flexible approach is essential.

• Willing to follow instructions and training.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily cleaning duties in classrooms, offices, toilets and communal areas according to the school schedule.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the school.
• Use cleaning equipment and materials safely and correctly.
• Report faulty equipment, maintenance issues or health and safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Follow all health and safety, safeguarding and security procedures.
• Complete records and documentation as required.
