Sandgate School in Kendal is seeking a Cleaning Operative to join a friendly, supportive team. The role is part-time (10 hours per week, 3.30pm–5.30pm, Monday to Friday) and involves carrying out cleaning duties to help maintain a safe, welcoming school environment.

This year-round position may require working across school sites. Applicants should have reliable, hardworking nature with attention to detail; previous cleaning experience is preferred but training is provided.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience preferred, but training is available.
• Reliable and hardworking with a keen eye for detail.
• Willing to work across school sites and during holidays.
• DBS/Barred List checks and references will be required.
