Cambian Group is seeking a part-time cleaner for Brook View School. The role involves maintaining a clean, safe environment for students aged 8–18 on a residential site, with duties including cleaning classrooms, offices, toilets and common areas.

No specific experience is required, though COSHH and health & safety awareness are advantageous. You will work as part of a team and may use standard cleaning equipment as needed, with DBS checks conducted for safeguarding.

Qualifications

• No prior cleaning experience required; COSHH knowledge and health & safety awareness advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices and classroom areas to a high standard following health and safety policies.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment for students on site.
• Use domestic and professional cleaning equipment (vacuum cleaners, floor polisher).
• Strip and make beds, clean rooms as needed (toilets, showers, stairs, lobbies, windows, corridors).
