Job summary

Ver tas is seeking a dedicated Food Service Assistant to join our Catering Team at Berry Hill Primary & Nursery in Mansfield. The role is 10 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 11:30 to 13:30, for 39.2 weeks per year, supporting high-quality catering in a school setting.

You will assist with meals, deliver friendly customer service to pupils, staff and visitors, and help keep the kitchen and dining areas clean and safe. Experience in catering or customer service is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

• Previous catering or customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
• A positive and enthusiastic approach to work.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and serving of meals
