Part Time School Receptionist/Administrator

Location: Ascot

Contract Type: Part-Time, Term Time + 5 Additional Days (Including INSET)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 12:30 - 16:30

A high-performing school with a reputation for all-round excellence is seeking a well-organised and experienced Senior Receptionist/Administrator to join its busy Administration Department.

This is a key role within the school community, requiring a friendly, professional, and efficient individual who enjoys supporting young people and working within a dynamic educational environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for students at the Senior School reception
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, document management, and internal communications
  • Use school database systems and Microsoft Office applications (especially Word and Excel)
  • Communicate effectively with staff, parents, and external visitors
  • Maintain confidentiality and conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times

The Ideal Candidate Will Have
