Job summary

TKAT seeks an organised Admin Systems Manager to oversee the school’s MIS, data, and payment systems, ensuring accuracy and security. You will manage admissions, attendance, reporting and data retention, while supporting procurement and reporting to leaders. Training on MIS is provided if needed, with flexible three-day-week options.

Based at Rainham, you will liaise with parents and staff, monitor data compliance, and champion best-practice in information governance across the TKAT network.

Qualifications

• Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good IT skills and confidence using databases and spreadsheets.
• Ability to manage, analyse and present information effectively.
• Experience with school MIS systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the school’s administrative systems and databases, including MIS, ordering, bursary and payments systems.
• Support timetabler with options, periodic changes and roll up.
• Ensure data collection deadlines are met (census, assessment).
• Develop and implement data analysis, maintain pupil/staff/school records.
• Support payment systems, monitor transactions, reconcile payments, and respond to queries.
• Produce reports for school leaders and external agencies.
• Manage pupil admissions, registrations, transfers and leavers.
