South Norfolk and Broadland Councils are seeking a qualified Swim Teacher to join the Diss Swim Centre team for Saturday mornings, delivering the Learn to Swim programme and a variety of lesson formats. A Level 2 qualification and lifeguard or rescue qualifications are essential, with safeguarding and health & safety responsibilities central to the role.

You will work 4.5 hours every Saturday, with pro-rata pay based on hours and the local government pension scheme benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Experience planning and delivering swimming lessons for groups of varying abilities.
• Must meet health and safety requirements and safeguarding standards in leisure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to create a welcoming environment.

• Teach Saturday morning Learn to Swim lessons at Diss Swim Centre.
• Deliver group, adult and child, or 2:1 lessons as required.
• Ensure safety, supervision and high-quality customer service during sessions.
