Job summary

SIXT Rent A Car Limited is expanding in Greater London with a part-time Customer Service and Sales Associate role. You’ll greet customers, offer tailored rental options, and manage rental agreements, all while delivering excellent service and a friendly experience.

We offer a starting salary of at least £20,403.59 per annum, a guaranteed 6-month bonus of £150 per month, and uncapped commission. This 30-hour-per-week position emphasizes flexibility, training, and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• You love sales and are passionate about service and customer support.
• Experience in direct customer contact, ideally in service, tourism or sales.
• Communicative and articulate in English.
• Flexible, team-oriented and able to work weekends/holidays.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 12 months of driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers in the branch.
• Propose tailored offers and create a special customer experience.
• Handle rental agreements and respond to customer inquiries with a service mindset.
