Job Description

Are you talented in customer service and sales? At SIXT, you can showcase your strengths. You’ll ensure customer satisfaction, manage our vehicle fleet, and take on various tasks in the branch. The basic salary for 20 hours a week is £13,041.60 annually, plus a 6-month guaranteed bonus of £250.00 per month and an uncapped bonus system with an OTE of £70,000!

Your Role at SIXT
  • Create the best rental experience by maximizing sales and service opportunities for every customer
  • Advise our national and international, commercial and private customers in the branch while delivering excellent face-to-face customer service
  • Become an expert on all vehicles in the SIXT fleet and advise customers on protection items and extras
  • Manage our premium vehicle fleet while selling additional services related to car rental
  • Assist with driving and valeting cars when required
Your Skills Matter
  • Sales Talent: Motivated, enjoys direct customer contact, and is a natural sales talent
  • Experience & Management Skills: Valuable experience in sales, service, or tourism, with a service-oriented mindset, reliable and responsible
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility: Willing to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, with flexible hours
  • Driver License: Valid driver’s license with at least 12 months of driving experience
