A leading new homes developer is seeking an experienced part-time Sales Consultant for a development in North Devon. You will manage the sales process, communicate with purchasers and liaise with various professionals in a dynamic environment. The role offers competitive compensation based on experience with a focus on achieving sales targets.
We are supporting an independent new homes developer in their recruitment for an experienced Sales Consultant for a development in North Devon. Thisis a Part Time role working Tuesday and Wednesday and 1in 4 weekends.
Sales Consultants are ambassadors for new homes developers and responsible for making every purchaser’s journey and pleasant and efficient.
As a Sales Consultant you are responsible for the entire sales process, from initial contact to post completion customer care. Negotiating the sale of houses on your development you’ll advise customers on properties, house type specifications as well as guide them through the buying process.
You will have sales targets to meet and reservations and legal completions will need to be achieved within set timescales. The role involves regular liaison with purchasers, construction teams, financial advisors, Solicitors, and estate agents.
Essential skills:
Our client is offering a competitive basic salary of up to £30'000 Pro Rata and dependent on experience, together with a competitive commission package.
The working week is Tuesday/Wednesday plus one in four weekends.
