Job summary

Totally Wicked Eliquid is seeking a Part-time Sales Associate to provide excellent customer service, process purchases accurately, and manage refunds and credits while maintaining a high standard of store presentation. You will be trained on products and supported in your role, with contracted hours and occasional overtime shifts across the network.

Ideal candidates are professional, enthusiastic, and driven to meet sales targets, with strong communication skills and the ability to work both

Qualifications

• Experience delivering strong customer service.
• Experience achieving sales targets or KPIs.
• Able to work professionally, enthusiastically and friendly.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver great customer service in line with the Mr Wicked Cares structure.
• Accurately process customer purchases to ensure stock accuracy.
• Complete customer refunds and credits.
• Maintain high store standards through cleanliness, presentation and overall store image.
• Keep up to date with, test and demonstrate all products.
• Assist with stock counts and highlight discrepancies to the Store Manager.
