What you’ll do

Driving Sales and Exceptional Customer Experience

● Achieve individual sales and KPI targets through delivering exceptional service to customers

● Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and passion for Monica Vinader values and vision

● Deliver in store services with confidence (eg: engraving and aftercare)

Supporting the Team

● Comply with Monica Vinader company policies and procedures at all times

● Follow guidelines and instruction to efficiently deal with concession tasks in a fast paced environment

● Exceptional personal grooming and presentation
