HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

In this role, you will be an ambassador of the Maison, responsible for delivering a unique client experience before, during, and after each sale. You will proactively develop your client portfolio while also contributing to the daily operations of the boutique. Availability required - 2 days per week, including Sunday working

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?

  • Ensure a unique and exceptional client experience.
  • Adapt according to client needs and motivations.
  • Strive to always improve and surprise the client.
  • Deal with ease during negotiations and objections.
  • Transmit the passion and values of the Maison.
  • Act as the privileged contact for the client in case of After Sales.
  • Meet individual and boutique targets, both quantitative and qualitative.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships and develop client loyalty.
  • Efficiently develop the client portfolio.
  • Execute targeted CRM actions.
  • Engage in client events and act as an Ambassador of the Maison.
  • Respect all brand and boutique policies and procedures.
  • Support with stock inventories.
  • Support with set up and breakdowns at opening and closing of the boutique.
  • Adhere to Visual Merchandising guidelines.
  • Assist with special projects when requested.
  • Undertake administrative and stock room related tasks when required.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • A proven track record of successful achievement within a luxury retail environment.
  • A sales-oriented and target-driven background.
  • A strong communicator with empathy and good interpersonal skills.
  • Result and action-oriented with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are beneficial).
