Job summary

Yorkshire Trading Company is seeking a SALES ASSISTANT for our Sleaford store. The role offers 16 hours over 4 days, including weekends on a rotating basis, with some early mornings as required.

Responsibilities include delivering high levels of customer service, maintaining store standards, stocking shelves, greeting customers, handling sales on the Epos till (training provided) and supporting deliveries. • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Maintain a fully stocked store
• Ascertain customers' needs and wants
• Welcome and greet customers
• Process sales through our Epos till system - Training given
• Actively involved in receiving deliveries
• Keep up to date with product information
• Accurately describe product features and benefits
• Follow all companies policies and procedures
