Are you an exceptional retail salesperson looking for a new challenge? Johnsons Leisure Limited is the South of England’s largest independent retailer of premium Outdoor Living Products for the home and garden.

Job Title: Sales Executive

We require a passionate and enthusiastic Sales Executive to work alongside our existing team at our Harlow branch, located within the Hillier Garden Centre, Hailsham Road, Stone Cross, Pevensey, East Sussex BN24 5BS. You will be working in our unique display village, selling a wide variety of garden rooms, quality hot tubs, composite decking, and indoor saunas.

We are looking for someone who wants to excel at selling superior and desirable products for an innovative and forward-thinking company.

Key Skills Required:
  1. Sales experience is essential, but full product training will be provided.
  2. A self-motivated individual who thrives on delivering excellent customer service while achieving set goals.
  3. Ability to work within a team to help achieve sales targets.
  4. Excellent time management skills.
  5. A good understanding of Microsoft Office.

The Package:
  • Hours: Part-time, including weekends (£12.60 per hour, averaging 24 hours per week based on a 3-day working week).
  • Branch opening hours: Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm, Sun 10am – 4.30pm.
  • Free on-site parking.
  • A comprehensive induction and full product training will be provided.
  • Job Type: Part-time.
  • Pay: £12.60 per hour + commission.
