We are looking for a warm, passionate, talented, and friendly Key Holder (Senior Style Advisor) to join our team in Bristol. This role involves working 14 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

1. Greeting, assisting, and selling to customers
2. Coaching Junior Sales Advisors
3. Leading staff and directing their activities as briefed by store management
4. Operating tills and handling transactions
5. Merchandising and replenishing stock
6. Assisting with deliveries and stock handling
7. Collaborating with Deputy Manager and Supervisors
8. Understanding our company culture, products, and initiatives
9. Taking responsibility for personal development and seeking improvement opportunities
10. Performing any other reasonable duties as assigned by line managers
