A leading company in food redistribution is seeking a Part-Time Sales Assistant for 14 hours a week. The role primarily involves ensuring a positive shopping experience for members, maintaining customer service standards, and collaborating with team members in a flexible work environment. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic and hardworking, with the ability to work various shifts.
Company Shop Group is the largest commercial redistributor of surplus food and household products in the UK. We enable major retailers, manufacturers, food service, and logistics providers to unlock value from surplus stock, which might otherwise go to waste.
Our surplus is redistributed through our Company Shop stores and our award-winning social enterprise, Community Shop, where we aim to build stronger individuals and more confident communities. We are proud to be a good business doing good.
We seek hardworking, enthusiastic individuals who enjoy a challenge. You should enjoy meeting people and putting our members at the heart of everything we do, ensuring a positive shopping experience. Previous retail experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
14 hours per week, with flexible working hours between 5:00 am and 8:00 pm, Monday to Sunday.
£12.91 per hour, paid on a 4-week cycle.
