Job summary

Sports Direct is recruiting for a Sales Assistant in the UK. You will be on the front line, helping customers, keeping the floor sharp and powering the team through busy trading days.

From day one you’ll receive a full in-store induction and have access to internal development pathways, with opportunities to progress to Supervisor and Management levels across the Frasers Group.

• Retail or customer service experience is a bonus, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer questions, and help them find the right product.
• Deliver brilliant service at every touchpoint, from the door to the till.
• Keep the shop floor tidy, well-stocked, and visually on point.
• Replenish shelves and rails so the floor is always ready for the next customer.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately.
• Promote current offers and spot smart upsell opportunities.
• Work as one team to hit daily sales and service goals.
