About Us: Love It! Boutique is a vibrant, independent fashion and lifestyle store where great style meets great service. We're passionate about curating beautiful products and creating an inspiring and welcoming shopping experience. We’re now looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Part-Time Sales Assistant to join our friendly team.

What You’ll Be Doing: As a key part of our small but mighty team, you’ll be involved in a wide range of store activities, including, but not limited too:

• Customer Service: Delivering outstanding, friendly service and styling advice to our lovely customers

• Shop Floor Merchandising: Creating eye-catching displays and keeping the store looking fabulous

• Stock Replenishment: Restocking shelves and keeping everything neat, tidy and well presented

• Order Fulfilment: Picking, packing, and posting online orders promptly and with care, dropping at the local post office

• Shopify System: Using our Shopify POS system for sales, inventory and order processing

• Content Creation: Helping with fun, on-brand social media content for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms

• Store Operations: Operating the till, hoovering the store, ordering supplies/stationery, and supporting daily running of the shop

Working Hours:

• Weekday shifts to be agreed upon

• Every second weekend is required

◦ Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

◦ Sunday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM

About You: • Friendly, positive and confident with a love for retail and fashion • Strong attention to detail and an eye for presentation • Happy to get stuck in and take initiative in a fast-paced environment • Tech-savvy and comfortable using Shopify (or quick to learn) • Confident creating and contributing to social media content • Reliable, organised and a good communicator • Must be flexible and available to work weekends on a rota basis • Ideally have retail or boutique experience
