Job summary

Rossendale Valley Medical Practice is seeking a dedicated Salaried GP to join our small single-handed GP Practice in Lancashire. The role is for two sessions per week, with the day to be mutually agreed, offering a supportive multidisciplinary team and opportunities for QOF and quality work.

You will work as an autonomous practitioner, delivering high-quality, evidence-based primary care services, including admin tasks and maintaining clinical records, while adhering to GMC standards and

Qualifications

• Qualified General Practitioner with GMC registration and licence to practise.
• Experience with QOF and quality targets, audits and clinical governance.
• MRCGP and UK General Practice experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based medical care.
• Manage acute presentations and long-term conditions.
• Provide services in line with the GMS contract and prescribing guidance.
• Participate in home visits.
• Maintain accurate and contemporaneous clinical records.
• Support QOF delivery and quality improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to clinical governance and audits.
