Job summary

Lancaster Vets for Pets is hiring a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) for a part-time role at our LA3 3FE location. The position is 27 hours per week, including 1 in 4 weekends, with a competitive pro-rata salary of £30,000 to £35,000.

You will have access to supported CPD, a friendly diverse team, and advanced diagnostic facilities. We offer a supportive working environment near local transport links and the Lake District.

Qualifications

• Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) with current qualification and registration.
• Customer service skills to interact with clients and pet owners.
• Good general nursing experience preferred for the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to veterinary patients in a compassionate, efficient manner.
• Assist veterinarians during examinations and procedures and manage day-to-day clinic tasks.
• Deliver high-quality client service and education to pet owners.
