Global Veterinary Careers in North London is seeking a part-time Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a friendly first-opinion team.

You will work 26.13 hours a week across three days, with a supportive team, ongoing skill development, and opportunities to mentor students.

Qualifikationen

• Current RCVS registration as a Veterinary Nurse.
• Genuine interest in small animal nursing.
• Good communication and client care skills.
• A proactive, organised approach to your work.
• Ability to work collaboratively with veterinary surgeons and nursing colleagues.
• Willingness to learn, share knowledge and contribute to the development of others.

Aufgaben

• Providing high-quality nursing care and promoting patient welfare.
• Assisting veterinarians with consultations and procedures.
• Monitoring hospitalised patients and maintaining records.
• Maintaining equipment and sterilising supplies.
• Monitoring stock of medications and consumables.
• Supporting induction and training of new colleagues.
• Providing reception support and ensuring a friendly, professional service.
• Supervising and mentoring student veterinary nurses where appropriate.
