Job summary

Goddard Veterinary Group in Tooting is seeking an experienced Veterinary Nurse to join as an additional RVN on a part-time basis. The role supports the senior RVN and maintains high standards of patient and client care.

The position is 2 days per week with 1:4 Saturday mornings and a 1:10 Stone Lion Hospital Saturday rotation, plus one bank holiday per year. There are no on-call requirements and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified RVN with current registration.
• Ability to mentor trainee nurses and support vets.
• Demonstrates high standards of patient and client care.

Responsibilities

• Support senior RVN in day-to-day practice life.
• Assist in theatre and consultations as required.
• Maintain patient hospitalisation records and welfare of pets.
• Provide reception duties and client communication.
• Supervise trainee nurses as a clinical supervisor.
