Housekeeping Room Attendant

The Devon Hotel – Exeter

Hourly rate and hours per week: 15 Hours per week - £7.55 - £12.21 Per Hour

Note: Due to licensing requirements, we are unable to accept high school students for this role.

What will I be doing?
  • Keeping the hotel looking pristine and ready to impress our guests by cleaning hotel rooms and public areas including the bar, restaurant, conference rooms, and gym.
  • This role involves working alone or as part of a team, depending on what gets the job done to the highest standards.
  • Performing detailed deep cleaning of the hotel, including spring cleaning tasks (not necessarily in spring).
  • Maintaining high standards to uphold our reputation for great service.
  • Monitoring stock levels and cleanliness, taking ownership of tasks, and acting accordingly.
  • Reporting maintenance issues such as broken or damaged items for prompt repair.
