Job summary

Savers is recruiting a Supervisor to join the team in Banbury. No two days are the same as you work alongside your Store and Assistant Manager to coach your team, maximise opportunities, and deliver exemplary results while proudly wearing the Savers uniform.

The role is part-time (16 hours per week) with flexible shift patterns across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends. Salary is £13.50 per hour, and there are benefits including up to 33 days holiday and access to health and wellbeing

Responsibilities

• Coach and manage your team to deliver exemplary results, alongside store leadership.
• Work with the Store and Assistant Manager to maximise opportunities and drive sales.
• Engage with the local community and represent Savers in-store to customers.
• Be ready to roll up your sleeves and support daily store operations.
