• Experience as a supervisor or team leader in retail is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and various shifts.
• Willingness to complete Basic DBS check (England/Wales) or Disclosure Scotland (Scotland).

Responsibilities

• Support the manager in leading the team to run an efficient shop and provide excellent service.
• Take full responsibility for shop operations in the manager’s absence, including deliveries and routines.
• Open and close the shop, handle cash, place orders, and develop the retail team.
• Monitor costs related to shrinkage, waste, and payroll to support profit targets.
