Job summary

Crew Clothing Salcombe is seeking a part-time Supervisor to support the store management in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets. The role focuses on driving store performance, training and developing team members, and maintaining visual merchandising standards to create a welcoming shopping experience.

Working 15 hours per week, you will contribute to a collaborative and friendly team on the south coast, embodying Crew's values and delivering a memorable in-store

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and the brand
• Provide accurate information about our product to the customer including features and benefits and stock availability
• Promote our multi-channel shopping options to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
• Provide an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for our customers
• Process sales transactions with care and in line with company guidelines
• Demonstrate flexibility in order to meet the needs of the store
