Job summary

Savers in Rainham is recruiting a Supervisor to join the team. Working 16 hours per week with flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends, you will support the Store and Assistant Manager, coach your team, and help deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced retail environment.

You’ll be expected to engage with customers, lead by example, and help you manage daily operations while enjoying a range of benefits and a clear progression path within Savers.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• Ability to develop others and coach teams.
• Passion for the products you sell.

Responsibilities

• Support store and Assistant Manager to coach the team and maximize opportunities.
• Deliver exemplary results and uphold Savers standards.
• Engage with the local community and represent Savers in-store.
