Job summary

Savers in Witham is seeking a part-time Supervisor to join our team. You will work 16 hours per week with the opportunity to take on more, across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.

As a SUP, you will work with the Store and Assistant Manager to coach your team, maximise opportunities and deliver strong results while representing the Savers brand in the local community. We support future leaders with a clear progression path driven by you.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience required.
• Desire to develop yourself and others.
• Passion for the products we sell.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the store team to deliver exemplary results.
• Work alongside Store and Assistant Manager to maximise opportunities.
