Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Nutmeg team in delivering in-store standards.
• Merchandise the Nutmeg range in line with guidelines.
• Oversee stock, replenishment, and product availability.
• Build relationships with store colleagues and management.
• Drive performance and engagement across the store.
• Create and maintain promotional displays and seasonal areas.
• Support training, coaching, and performance of your team.
• Manage reporting tasks via smartphone/tablet, including photo submissions.
