Job summary

Saltrock in Exmouth is seeking a Sales Advisor on a 16 hour contract to join our retail team and help deliver an excellent in-store experience for customers.

You'll work with a friendly team, demonstrate passion for our products, process sales at the till, uphold store presentation and help with merchandising. Experience in retail is desirable but not essential, and benefits include holiday entitlement and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is desirable but not essential.
• Strong customer-facing skills and a friendly manner.
• Ability to process sales accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Help achieve sales targets by engaging with customers and processing transactions with care.
• Create a welcoming store environment with high standards of housekeeping.
• Provide information about products, features and stock availability.
• Assist with markdowns and price changes within agreed timescales.
• Keep product tidy and well-presented and replenish as needed.
• Support merchandising in line with guidelines.
• Report to Store Manager and collaborate with the team.
