Job summary

eXPD8 is recruiting a Retail Merchandiser for the Glenrothes area. The role covers setting up and maintaining product displays across assigned stores, following planograms and client guidelines to ensure safety, legality, and brand standards.

You will work 3 hours per week, typically Monday, and report progress in written updates with photos. You will need strong organisation, reliability, and communication, plus basic health and safety awareness.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, retail, or customer service.
• Good at organizing own work and managing time.
• Comfortable working on your own and following instructions.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to use a smartphone or tablet for reporting.
• Understand basic health and safety requirements.
• Be honest, respectful, and positive.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned stores on schedule to set up and maintain product displays.
• Follow instructions (planograms) and client guidelines for each visit.
• Make sure displays look great, are safe, and meet company and legal standards.
• Take clear photos and write short reports after each visit using company systems.
• Let your Team Leader know if you run into problems (like missing stock or access issues).
• Build good relationships with store staff and represent the company professionally.
• Keep up with any required training or certifications.
• Complete all store visits on time.
• Follow instructions and keep displays looking their best.
