Job summary

eXPD8 is recruiting a Retail Merchandiser for the Hawick area. The role involves delivering high-quality field activity, setting up and maintaining displays, and reporting on in-store execution.

You will work to client briefs and schedules, often independently, with regular updates to the District Team Leader. Responsibilities include visiting stores, following planograms, taking photos, and writing concise reports after each visit.

• Experience in merchandising, retail, or customer service.

• Able to organize own work and manage time.
• Honest, respectful, and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned stores on schedule to set up and maintain product displays.
• Follow instructions (planograms) and client guidelines for each visit.
• Ensure displays are safe and meet standards.
• Take photos and write short reports after each visit.
• Notify Team Leader of problems (missing stock or access issues).
• Build relationships with store staff and represent the company professionally.
• Complete all store visits on time.
