Job summary

CPM UNITED KINGDOM LIMITED is seeking Merchandisers for the West Byfleet area. The role offers approx. 8–10 hours per week with potential to increase during busy periods and £16.28 p/h PAYE incl.

holiday pay. Start within 2 weeks after onboarding and training, with long-term ongoing work and flexible days (Mon-Sun, fixed Tue, Thu, Sat). Ideal candidates have retail/merchandising experience; health & beauty familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising or retail.
• Comfortable working across supermarkets/retailers.
• Own car and willing to travel for store visits.

Responsibilities

• Visit high street, grocery and convenience stores to perform merchandising tasks and audits.
• Set up POS materials and merchandise products as per planograms.
• Navigate fixtures and stock shelves to maximise visibility and sales.
• Negotiate extra display space where possible and ensure stock is out on shelves.
• Report via app with clear photos; maintain in-store relations and feedback.
