Job summary

CPM is seeking Merchandisers to work in the West Byfleet area on a part-time basis. You will visit stores within a 10-mile radius with 8–10 hours per week and £16.28 per hour PAYE including holiday pay. Own car required; some fixed days are Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, with flexible hours across Monday to Sunday.

Ideal candidates have retail or merchandising experience and can work independently, building good in-store relationships and reporting via a mobile app.

Qualifications

• Ideally, experience in retail or merchandising.
• Experience in Boots, department stores, or premium beauty chains is desirable.
• Available Monday to Sunday with fixed visits Tue, Thu and Sat.
• Reliable, adaptable, and happy working independently.
• Confident talking to store staff and building good in-store relationships.
• Use your own car to carry promotional materials or small displays.
• Use of a phone/tablet to report on our app with photos.

Responsibilities

• Visit a mix of high street, grocery, and convenience stores to complete merchandising tasks, audits, and set up POS materials.
• Navigate fixtures confidently (gondolas, bays, shelving).
• Merchandise products in line with planograms.
• Maximize stock on shelves to drive sales and keep displays appealing.
• Top up products on shelves/displays for visibility.
• Negotiate extra display space where possible.
• Some stock moving and lifting may be involved.
