Job summary

eXPD8 Field Marketing is seeking a Retail Merchandiser to support in-store execution across Liverpool-area stores. The role involves setting up and maintaining product displays, following planograms, and reporting back with photos and notes.

You will work 3 hours per week, primarily on Wednesdays, with flexible start times. You will operate independently while coordinating with the District Team Leader to keep activity on track and maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and car access.
• Experience in merchandising, retail, or customer service.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable reporting via smartphone/tablet.
• Basic health and safety understanding.
• Honest, respectful and positive attitude.
• Ability to work well with others and independently.
• Proactive, efficient and reliable execution.

Responsibilities

• Visit stores on schedule to set up and maintain displays.
• Follow planograms and client guidelines for each visit.
• Ensure displays are safe, compliant and visually appealing.
• Take photos and write concise reports after visits.
• Inform Team Leader of issues or stock access problems.
• Build professional relationships with store staff.
• Complete all visits on time and stay updated on training.
