Job summary

Millennium Hotels & Resorts is seeking a friendly Restaurant Server to provide excellent service in our busy restaurant. You will help with mise-en-place, greet guests, take orders, and ensure a VIP experience for every diner.

The role involves 20 hours per week with an hourly wage of £12.71. Benefits include meals provided, training, and staff discounts; work is in-person at our UK location.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the restaurant for service and maintain cleanliness.
• Greet, seat, and serve guests with fast and friendly service.
• Take accurate orders and manage your station confidently.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu and advise guests as needed.
• Follow Micros system procedures and handle billing correctly.
• Keep tables and service areas clean and stocked during shifts.
• Follow health, safety, and licensing rules at all times.
• Assist with closing procedures and team meetings.
