Overview

Beaufort Care Group is recruiting for a Part-time Residential Childcare Support Worker in West End, Southampton. The role supports looked-after children and forms part of a team in a new children’s home.

Role details
  • Location: West End, Southampton
  • Hours: 16 hours per week, with overtime and training
  • Shifts: usually two per week, afternoons and evenings; 15:00–23:00 (Mon-Fri) or 12:00–22:00 (weekends). Mornings are not required.
  • Salary: £24,960 per annum pro rata (actual based on contracted hours £10,790 p.a.), plus overtime
  • Roster: 3-week rolling including weekends and Bank Holidays

  • Essential: valid UK driving licence; proximity to West End; willingness to pursue NVQ Level 4 or equivalent
