Job summary

Hawksmoor Knightsbridge is looking for a part-time Reservationist to join our 130-cover restaurant in Knightsbridge. You will handle reservations, use OpenTable, and communicate effectively by phone and in person to provide outstanding guest service.

Benefits include service charge shared among staff, 50% off food for two, a volunteering day option, and time off during Christmas and Boxing Day. This is a part-time role based on-site in Knightsbridge.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant reservations or similar roles (reception, bookings management, etc.).
• Proficient with OpenTable and professional email communication.
• Strong phone and face-to-face communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle reservations for Hawksmoor Knightsbridge and coordinate with front-of-house.
• Respond to phone calls and emails in a timely, courteous manner.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure an excellent guest experience.

We’re looking for a part-time Reservationist to join our 130-cover restaurant in Knightsbridge. To be considered, you’ll have experience in restaurant reservations or a similar role such as reception services, bookings management, or restaurant management. You’ll know your way around OpenTable and email systems as well as being a great communicator on the phone and face-to-face.
