We have an exciting opportunity for an inspirational and proactive individual to join our Retail team as a Part-Time Relief Shop Manager. Working for 30 hours a week to include every other Saturday our successful candidate will be based across our Western Retail estate covering the Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Bedfordshire area.
With experience in retail management, staff development and team leadership no two days will be the same in this role. Working across multiple sites you will support our shop managers to ensure that our retail estates continue to maximise and achieve their agreed sales targets, playing a vital role in raising the funds to help us to continue to support pets and their people.
You will;
If you have demonstrable experience of working in the Charity Retail sector or another retail management sales environment with a personable, hands on commitment to achieving the highest retail standards we would love to hear from you!
This is a part-time, permanent position working 30 hours a week, to include every other Saturday. This salary for this role is £26,878.88 pro rata per annum. A flexible approach to working will be required as our shops are open seven days per week.
