Job summary

Excelcare Holdings is seeking a Part Time Registered Nurse for Park Avenue Care Home in Bromley. You will deliver high-quality nursing care, administer medication, and support the care team in line with the NMC Code and CQC standards.

We require a valid UK NMC Pin, a passion for caring for older people, and excellent communication. Flexible hours available, with days or nights, and a competitive rewards package including a welcome nurse bonus and enhanced bank holiday pay.

Responsibilities

• Make safe clinical decisions to ensure high-quality nursing care.

• Create person-centred care plans and risk assessments with regular updates and reviews.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities, promoting independence, dignity and respect.

We are offering a rewarding career as a Part Time Registered Nurse at our Park Avenue Care Home in Bromley. Currently rated 'GOOD' by CQC.

• Up to £62,275 per annum - £24.95 per hour (Breaks Unpaid)
• Part time (24 hours) vacancies available
• Flexible hours - 8am - 8pm (DAYS) or 8pm - 8am (NIGHTS) Monday - Sunday as per the rota

Excelcare is a family-owned Care Home group established for over 34 years. We provide the highest standards of care to older people with a range of needs including dementia, physical disabilities, and mental health issues.

About the role:

• As a UK Registered Nurse, we will be relying on your professional qualifications and experience to make safe clinical decisions to ensure that only the highest quality of nursing care is delivered
• You will work closely with other nurses in the nurse team and report into the Deputy Manager. You will be responsible for administering medication, monitoring the Care Teams on practice, and working within the NMC Code of Professional Conduct
• Your involvement with creating person-centred care plans and risk assessments will be key to the successful delivery of outstanding care and regular updates and reviews will be required
• You will be engaging in meaningful activities with the people living in our care home as well as always promoting independence, choice, dignity, and respect
